  I ordered a delivery today, and the food is good as usual. But the delivery man today was just so rude. Like all I did was asking him for some change, and he just stormed off, and said "next time, no delivery" This is just such a hard pill to swallow. I usually had good experience with catering services, but this one just left a bad taste in my mouth. Please do something about that dude.

  I have never walked out of Pizza Hut unhappy. they got cheesy cheap Panormous pizzas. They're amazing!

  very cheap place compared to other pizza hut locations: barely any toppings and mostly bread. If you want pizza hut in North Vancouver go to the location in Mountain Highway, their pizza is great.

  It took almost 90 minutes for me to receive my order, and when it arrived it was stone cold. I tried to get through to the customer service line or the store multiple times, and the customer service rep I spoke to was one of the rudest individuals I've ever spoken to. I expressed my dissatisfaction on their Facebook page and received a call from the manager who muttered a few excuses but didn't apologize. He offered to put the money back on my account, and I refused anything but a cash refund as I'm never returning here. When I went in for my refund, it took 5 minutes and multiple calls into the back room for anyone to acknowledge me, and the girl who I dealt with was extremely rude the entire time. Third terrible experience, so I will not be returning and I will be encouraging others to stay away as well. It's sad - other Pizza Huts I've been to have had excellent service and food.
