  This restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible - it was impossible to flag down our waitress to get fresh drinks, and then it took 20 minutes to bring me a beer.
  
  The food was not much better. We started with the prawn cocktail - which was the same quality as those rings of 100 shrimp you buy at the grocery store for 10 bucks. Except you get 6 of them.
  
  Next up was the crispy tiger prawns. Clearly the same cheap prawns they used for the cocktail. These were deep fried to the extreme and very overcooked, so they were dry and stringy. For $14 you get 6 pieces of poorly cooked popcorn shrimp.
  
  The entrees, on the other hand, tasted decent. My girlfriend has the halibut and I had the boullabaisse. They were pretty good. We were not offered fresh pepper like the other tables were, and they did not bring fresh silverware.
  
  From the time we were seated to the time we paid the bill, it took two hours. Don't expect a quick meal, the service is slooooooooow.
  
  I will not be going back. There's plenty of other places in the area with attentive service and higher quality food.

  I was really hoping for a great meal as this place has an amazing view of the city at night. We ordered drinks and it took just over 20 minutes to get them. The whole time we are waiting the server never took our food order. So by the time we got our drinks and then our food order, it was almost 50 minutes into the day before we started to eat. As for the food, it was all right. Nothing special or memorable. I took one star off for the slow service on both food and drinks and one star off for the pricing being too high for the food.

  Went for brunch with my roommate and friends, and sat on the patio. Service was a bit on the slow side, but there were lots of cellphones out at the table, so I can't put that on the staff. Given how nicely presented my small amount of expensive french toast was, and how exotic the taste of it (not objectionable at all, but more... artistic than I was looking for), I think the chef is working below their capabilities. Everyone else in the party seemed to enjoy their meals.

  Just visited Pier 7 and waited for more than 20 minutes no server - my husband grew and impatient and went to the bar to order a drink, drink arrived a few minutes later no apology from the waitress and still never asked us if we would like food! Finished our drink and the waitress was still completely avoiding us! My husband had to go to the bar to pay, the bar man comped the drinks and apologized! I would recommend going here for a drink at the bar but not for sit down service!

  We went here as a family this week to celebrate our son's birthday. At first we're delighted due to the location, view and ambience. The staff were courteous and friendly however the service was extremely slow and disjointed. People's meals were staggered rather then being served together. My husband, grand daughter and son enjoyed their choices however my daughter-in-law's halibut was overlooked, he broccoli was yellow at the buds as though it was passed it's prime for serving and the carrots were actually green! I ordered the ribs and I have no idea what spice they added to the typical rib recipe but it was not good at all. The ribs were also dry and the warm potato salad looked so unappetizing I didn't eat it. They also featured a very poor wine my the glass menu. All in all it was a disappointing experience since so many necessary elements were there, except the service and food quality. I seriously cannot understand how chef would have allowed my daughter-in-law's plate to leave the kitchen. We will not be back.
