Terrible service. Food was mediocre. Tables were dirty. Wednesday night... It took over an hour for my tea to show up even though it only took them 25 min. to bring my beer. The bathroom door was very difficult to lock and they had only two bathrooms for the entire place. I waited 20 min for the bathroom. And on top of all that the waitresses kept giving us attitude for asking when our food was coming. We were there 3 hours and we ordered food the moment our drinks showed up (20min into our time there) and one of our party got her food 2 hours later. I wish there were a half star option.

Very good food but way better drinks. They have some great Belgium beer. Warm and cozy and staff are awesome. I spent better part of my summer on their patio

Sunday brunch. 2 of us waited for doors to open, were 2nd to be seated. Placed order after waiting 10 minutes for service to begin - poached eggs and a croque madam. It's been 40 minutes already and every other table but two is eating. Now we're leaving hungry. Paid $8 for 2 from frozen ojs and at 50 minutes (it took 10 more minutes to pay) they are just plating our eggs.

I wouldn't cross their doorstep again for all the ______ in _______land.

Would give them zero stars if I could.

Went for brunch after going for a hike (Quarry Rock trail) in Deep Cove, with a group of 6. It felt like it took quite a while for us to get our food & there was not that many people in the restaurant (albeit, we were a group a 6 & most of us hadn't had a proper breakfast). There was a pescatarian & a vegan in the group, & they did not have salad bowls. I ordered the chicken & brie sandwich with potatoes, & it was good; one of the better sandwiches I've had. I didn't order a drink & the cost was 14-15$. Everybody was generally pleased with their food. Specifically, the pescatarian & the vegan thought the food great, & the waitress was accommodating for the vegan, who may or may not have said she had allergies (I actually don't remember). Outside of perhaps the waiting time, the service was great; I would come here again & I would recommend this place.

Let me start off by saying, it's a small place. With a big heart! Food was absolutely delicious service I thought was spot on.

The beer selection was very well done. It's a small mix but hey they have a rotating tap I like that! I can see why the bathroom might be a challenge for some, it's part of the charm of a small restaurant. After dinner it's about 100 steps down to the water to a very cool view of downtown greater Vancouver across the bay.
