  Afternoon staff need some type of entertainment to lift thier spirts...don't need to constantly swoop by to check how you are doing...when there is 5 customers...indoor or outdoor games..customer interaction and smiles kick ass all the time...

  I've been coming to this BP for a few years now and with but a few exceptions the staff has been utterly fantastic. The ones who who were not, tended not to be there very long. From the menu, i tend to have my favorite "go to" meals. I will admit, I did try a steak meal there one time and didn't enjoy it at all. BUT, the management immediately comp'd me a meal of my choice and completely made things right.
  Perhaps the most important thing for me though, keeping in mind this is a hybrid family / sports bar is the staff. From day one, they have been friendly and fun, while still being competant and professional.
  I've always said, I can get beer anywhere but it's the people that keep me coming back.

  We had our anniversary dinner at this location but forgot our take out leftovers after paying the bill. We didn't notice until a couple of hours later when we got home. I called asking if they had kept our half pizza so I could pick it up but they said they threw it out after an hour and half after we left. After hearing that it was our anniversary dinner, the gentleman on the phone offered to make the same kind of pizza for us and said it would be ready for pick up in a few minutes. He didn't have to do this, but he did and it was so nice of him. The customer service that evening went above and beyond. We go there often but now I have a better appreciation for the staff there.

  I've had a consistently fantastic experience everytime I come here. I come once a week or every other week. No matter how busy it is, the staff is exceptional. I usually sit in the bar booths but one time it was super busy and I was hangry (hungry+angry). I hadn't eaten all day. The waitress rushed my order. Arrived hot and perfect. I also love how manager floats and helps out staff too when it's busy. She's super friendly. Great place to have a great meal. Also there's a magician that comes on Fridays for the kids. I'm 30 and he blows my mind. Every time. Great place. Jared, Sabrina, Steph, and Rosie are amazing.

  Haven't been here for a few years but we were pleasantly surprised--Quality of food has drastically improved since our last visit, and friendly staff and an illusionist doing some amazing, mind blowing tricks to entertain the kids made for a great family night out.
