  New manager TERRIBLE!!! Food isn't what it used to be...instant and crappy now. We complained to this Manager about a delivery for lasagna & a starter ceaser salad...Discovered they charged us $23.00 for the small lasagna because we ordered extra cheese and meatball!! WHO WOULD PAY $23.00 FOR A SMALL LASAGNA?? Andreas is bigger and $10!!! Who would pay $23 for a small lasagna??? Cld manager to complain...could hardly understand his accent and he said "There is nothing I can do about it". Needless to say we will not order from them or go there again. Sad BECAUSE ITS A GREAT LOCATION.

  -5*/10 on service tonight.... over an hour for food, served cold. Our waitress not once offered us refills, we always had to ask. The manager was rude when we asked why 3 tables had been in and out and we still had not received our food. He told us the kitchen was slow tonight, which we would have understood. He than immediately brought out our order personally, but all the food was barely warm.... Cowardly blaming the kitchen staff when it was obviously the poor quality service of the waitress and front of house. Resulting in us walking out.

  We came on a fairly quiet night. Food came quickly and was good. Friendly staff. It's been awhile since we were here. Our last experience was not very pleasant. But we thought we would give it a try.

  I am so disappointed with the service my family and I received on Monday April 10. We were the only costumers at BP we were seated by 8, after waiting 15 min and never receiving menus our server came and asked for our order, she never brought water. She brought out the appetizers and the food at the same time! After receiving our food we had to ask for plates cause she never brought out any. Overall Im beyond disappointed with my experience and will probably never go there again!!
